Beef Stew in the Ninja Foodi (Pressure Cooker Recipe)

PLEASE make sure to use an actual canning jar with a metal lid AND add the 1/2 cup of room temp or cold stock to the hot liquid (this cools it down enough) BEFORE adding the flour.
